Whether you already know quite a lot about hypnosis and hypnotherapy, or if you have no prior knowledge, this course is for you

​

The course is fully validated and held at our own training facility in Nottingham and consists of a combination of theory, demonstrations and practical sessions. Classes are held once a month at weekends.

​

Classes are small, typically six or seven students.

You will learn:-

• What hypnosis is and how to use it

• How the unconscious mind works, and how habits, phobias and anxiety are formed

• How to find and deal with the underlying cause of the problem, including inner child healing

• Lots of NLP techniques including anchors and the fast phobia cure

• How to use parts integration therapy

• Past life regression

• All about the science behind hypnotherapy, including the brain-body connection, polyvagal theory, neurotransmitters etc.

• How to work in specialist areas including sports performance, stress management, smoking cessation, weight management and pain management

• How to set up and market your business

Upon successful completion of the course you will be able to set up in practice and be eligible to be a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and also the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)

We also provide ongoing support after you have qualified in the form of our peer group and practice group (HypnoClub)
